📖Definition: The percentage of recurring revenue retained from existing customers over a period after accounting for expansions, contractions, and churn (excludes new customers)
📊Why it matters: NDR shows whether a product “expands” within accounts—>100% means upsells/cross-sells more than offset downgrades and churn, a hallmark of durable growth.
